About ICA Home

ICA Home is more than just a non-profit; it’s a movement built on a simple, powerful idea: that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has the potential to contribute to their community and build a meaningful life. We believe that a job is just a starting point, and that true success is found in a life of purpose, self-reliance, and belonging.

Our story began with the realization that many existing programs focus on temporary solutions rather than long-term empowerment. We saw an opportunity to create a new kind of support system—one that addresses the whole person, not just their employment status. This isn’t just about jobs; it’s about helping people rediscover their potential and feel like a valued part of their community again, or even for the first time.

Our mission is to provide a supportive environment and a clear protocol with the resources to start self-employment within a positive community. We do this by focusing on four key areas of personal growth and four key areas of business development. Our goal is to create a pathway for people to find their inner purpose and offer it to the world as a service, a product, or a form of entertainment.

ICA Home is an open resource for all of Adelaide and the surrounding areas. We are personally committed to supporting young men and those doing it rough, and we are dedicated to building a team that can provide the best possible support for everyone who walks through our doors.
